We aren’t a letting company, nor a agency. We are a service. We are here to serve you and to ensure your stay is the way you deserve. We do full checks to ensure apartments meet our renting standards, and we are available for anything that you may need whenever you may need it.

One is welcome to check in from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask our customers to check out by 10.30 am.

24hours prior to arrival one will receive an email detailing the necessary information.

Payments can be made via credit / debit card or via bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards.

Flexible Cancellation policy 7 days in regular season:
– Beyond 7 days from the Check In date: 75% of the payment is refundable
– Within 7 days of Check In the reservation is non-refundable.
For reservations in holiday’s (summer/winter holidays, or any Yomim Tovim) cancellation
policy will apply as follows:
– Beyond 30 days from the Check IN date: 50% of payment is refundable
– Within 30 days of Check In date rent is not refundable.

Yes, you will be required to provide credit card details 48 hours before arrival for Security Deposit.
We then have the ability to freeze a sum of money (the price of one nights rental) which is kept as
cautionary measure and will only be used to cover any costs if any damage is found or if valuable
items are missing or damaged.
